At Epicplacess, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items must be:
- In new or slightly used condition
- Free from significant damage, misuse, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging where possible
- Country: United States
- Return method: By mail
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.
Customers can:
- Download and print a prepaid return label
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
A flat restocking fee of $6 USD will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
This fee does not apply if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
We accept exchanges for eligible items.
To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team within the 30-day window
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at info@epicplacess.com with your order number and request
- Our team will provide a return label and instructions
- Pack and ship the item using the provided label
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (no restocking fee)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the $6 restocking fee (if applicable).
If your refund has not been received:

- Contact your bank
If the issue continues, please reach out to us.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
